So, let me explain something to ya: whenever you post something on a site (or visit, for that matter, but let’s keep it simple), be it the first on nth time, you contact the site and give it your ip address(through Network Layer Transactions, in case you’re interested). Now, you may “like VPNs and proxies”, but from what I see, you were using none on your first post. Using a proxy after, does nothing. A proxy is just a secondary means of contact for the application layer. I’d recommend you get a dynamic IP if you want to stop an attack. Anyways, just sayin’, you may think you’re pretty awesome with your vpn and proxy word knowledge, but frankly, you appear to not know that it only masks the first approach, rather than protecting you from an attack after a first approach(actually, VPN doesn’t mask your approach… it only encrypts your data). Too bad for you :<
