edit: fine. maybe i’ll continue. honestly, fansubbing has been the least of my worries lately. i could go into a long thing about work and not having time (but really, that’s a lie) but it’s more like i don’t have any interest. i have a hard time concentrating on anything for a longer-than-5-minute period, and i have other mental issues that just don’t make it conducive to do anything. honestly, i was hoping that someone else would pick it up so that i could say “get theirs!!” and you all would be happy and leave me alone 
i didn’t mean to insult any of you, but when it comes to working on a series that you aren’t all that into (i didn’t even finish watching s2…) and you have problems working on it anyways (and let me tell you, i have been getting worse – compare when i started to now…) it’s kinda like “whatever”.
tl;dr – check the site once a week. or just add to your rss feed 
or follow me on twitter (@aredmoon) and send me @replies everyday saying “plz do moar shamisen work :(:(” until i get so annoyed that i do it just to shut ya all up ;P
and doki, if you wanna use my scripts as basis for rest of it (so you don’t have to time/copy down subs) or if anyone else wants to play with my stuff… /source/. and i just realized, pc never did haru 19 :O
edit-of-the-edit: oh, and if you do use ‘em somewhere, a kudos to me wouldn’t be turned down. just in a torrentinfo page or something, mention our hard work

Well, geez, don’t feel like you HAVE to illegally subtitle Japanese cartoons for us. It’ll probably be released on DVD someday.
With the second season, hopefully, which might make it worth buying…maybe.
I know I don’t have to. I’m just telling people not to expect me to do anything. I might, but probably not.
Well, I don’t blame you for not finishing the second season, just do it when the film actually goes out on BD, since it will be glorious. And I certainly don’t think you are obligated to finish the dvd releases for us… So:

Well, I suppose if nothing else you’ve just saved Doki Fansubs a shitload of work.
I think you’ve read your audience wrong.
We’re patient people and have left you to do it at your own pace and not nagged you.
I’m all too familiar with fansubbers who go apeshit the moment someone says ‘wheres the next?’
I really hope you will continue haruhi-chan since you do a good job and I enjoy it.
I’m with Somin. Your releases are quality work, and I’d hate to see them end here.

I dropped by to say that Doki did not steal your translations for the 01-04 release, as people around here seem to think.
Thanks for making your files available, if we ever use any of it, credit will of course be given to you.
Considering I stole the translations myself… haha.
(And yeah, it’s kinda silly that people think you stole my stuff… it’s not like you guys have a full team that release a lot of stuff weekly……)
I guess it’s an unfortunate knee jerk reaction of some people to assume the worst.
While it is sad that Shamisen probably won’t be making anymore releases, at least your group has picked it up, so we might still see the rest of the episodes.
I think a lot of people might also enjoy it if you used Shami’s .ass files, since they’ve gotten used to seeing that texts in the subs. Of course, it remains Doki’s choice.
I really do hope you keep going; I love your work and, as many others, have been following you ever since you released episode 1 YouTube rip. It’d be really sad to see all of the effort that went into this project go to waste.
Thank you Shamisen, and sorry if my little rant in the earlier post might have offended you. I re-read it and…um…yeah. I am willing to wait as long as it takes you to finish, so just do it at your own pace. Also like I said earlier if you need help with anything except Tling and TlCing, just send me an e-mail and I’ll do my best to help. Thanks again for not quitting and your work on this project.
Hmmm… Considering that pretty much all the scripts have been TLC’d and stuff, a Doki-Shamisen joint might be nice.

The difference is that Doki does their own translations, while I steal.

Hey, Shami. I’m in college now. XD. So, How the subbing thing going? I may use the subs right? BTW, Do you know where can I get the Complete ISO? I need to start again. I’ll continue the subs. I know that my encode sucks before and never really improved that far. But it’s worth a hobby right? maybe its fun without the people nagging for the next episode.

So, the show is dropped then? Darn…
I downloaded and tried Kirakira’s release (the batch with all the episodes), and seemed good enough to me. If Shami really doesn’t want to do the show, then there probably is no point in us nagging him about it. After all, it has allready been done by a different group.
There hasn’t been any new activity here for a while, so I’m going to just stick with Kirakira’s release. Thanks for all your hard work Shamisen! Appreciate it.
Doki will complete this when the Blu Ray is released.
