And you can now comment on Pages. I’m not bringing back the chatbox, since it’s kinda worthless with the new shoutbox, but you’ll be able to comment on the Episode Notes pages, which will have download links and the such.

Whatcha think? I know there are a few bugs to be fixed, like I have to add comments back to the pages above, but I think it looks pretty nice. I was getting kinda tired of that other theme we were using.

Anyways, 15-18 were sent to Umi. Umi can’t encode tonight cuz he’s got encode backlog for the other 3240280 groups he’s in. So, releases tomorrow instead.

I’ll fix up 19/21 tomorrow as well, so those can go out too~ and maybe if I get time I’ll finish up the other eps.

My “week off” turned into “week of insane heat and headaches and moar work than I wanted” but yeah, at least stuff is getting done.

Haruhi S2 is out though. So that’ll keep everyone happy. Though LE/DB’s video quality… ergh.

Woo. So today was NOT as productive as it could/should have been. Sorry ;o;

15-20 went into QC, and I’ve got a goodly amount of notes. But keep doing it, guys! The more notes, the better the releases will be!! I’ll probably fix them up after work tomorrow, and hopefully Umi will be around and we can release.

As an added bonus, here is a QC section for 22! So make notes for that too <3

For 21, I need some TSes that I missed. 3 to be exact. So we'll have to wait for a TL to get on.

It's been HOT up here yesterday and today. SRSLY. It got up to 97 degrees yesterday!!! O_O And about 94 today. Completely INSANE. (Here = Minnesota, USA, btw) We are NOT ready for this heat... thank god it's going away though, xD Tomorrow is a high of about 70.

So yeah, that's the reason 23 didn't get done. >_> I was so *hot* that I just passed out. And slept. For a number of hours @_@ 24 would’ve gotten done too. But bleh. THERE IS ALWAYS TOMORROW.

HARUHI SEASON TWO – LOOKING FOR A TRANSLATOR
Hi! I’m looking for a translator to work on season 2 with! We won’t be fast (Hello, gg/Eclipse/Shinsen/Chihiro/CoalGuys/whoever else will do it fast-like) but hey, I’ll follow the same policy and have it be an open-book process. We don’t have a staff room, all of our QC is done here on the site… yeah, we’re pretty open.

So yeah, if you’re a translator and interested in working on the second season (we’re looking at 14 episodes worth of material, so not *too* much ) please let me know.

Hey everyone! I’m doing my best to try and stay true to my promise… by the end of the month, all of Haruhi-chan/Nyoron will be released. ^o^ I just finished with my last school assignment last night… and so I no longer have that sitting on my shoulder. +.+ So I’ll be able to once again dedicate my sad life to fansubbing. Woot woot. I have the entire day of Monday off… and so I will see about getting at least to episode… 19 or 20 in QC. ^o^ So be prepared for that!!!

15-16 = timed

17-18 = edited

19-24 = transcribed

25 = nada’s been done with it yet <3

Nyoron will come after Haruhi is completely done, I’m afraid. I’m not really interested in it, so it’s just gonna take back-burner. ^o^

So yeah, I was bored and looking around at some WordPress plug-ins… and came across this forum plug-in.

It looks kinda sorta not really cool… so I added it. I threw in some forums and whatnot… see if anyone is interested?

1) Triggers may or may not come back. Did people actually find them useful?

2) Nol888 has been doing resubs of S1 of Haruhi, with the new upscaled 720p airings. He’s been doing them under [Yuki], but distos in #shamisen for some reason. *lol* You can read about his releases on his blog.

He originally asked if he could do them under [Shamisen] (I think) and I blew him off because I thought he meant Haruhi-chan… so maybe the name will change or something I dunno. Look forward to moar info.

Anyways, until then, you can find the [Yuki] releases on [Shamisen]Haruhi and NHK|Satou.

3) Hmm, what was #3? Oh, right, explination.

Dear Shamisen Website Visitors,

Shamisen does not release first on YouTube. Kadokawa releases those, and Shamisen steals the translations, makes sense of them, and then releases.

We can not make them appear quicker. We can not make old episodes reappear. That is what the [Shimasen] releases are for, so you can watch the YouTube ones even after they are deleted.

So my first class got cancelled, so I went and did some updates around the site.

All releases now have the MUs added. I added a Status page to the top bar, which has all the current in-progress stuff.

I updated the Raws & Scripts page with placemarks for the released episodes… I have most of the uploads done, I just need to add them in. >o<

But I gotta go to my other class (that’s not cancelled) now, so ttyl o/

EDIT: I changed the page to “Raws & Subs” and it now hosts a bunch of MUs to rips of Kadokawa’s original subs from YouTube. So if people want to reference them, or whatever~
